Executive Chairman — Strategy & Investment Committee

Serial entrepreneur and physician, founder of BNQ Partners, Exxact Holding SA and MED3A SA / Physio 7. He sets the mandate and chairs final investment decisions.

Jérôme Bortolotti

Managing Partner — Investment & Structuring

Co-founder of BNQ Partners, previously owner of one of Geneva's leading pharmacies. He leads residential real estate origination and structuring, and holds public office in the canton of Vaud.

Damien Berger-Sabbatel

Partner — Architecture & Project Feasibility

EPF-trained architect leading his own practice, BSD SA, in Lonay. He assesses architectural feasibility, design quality and buildability across the platform's projects.

Legal & Transactions

Business lawyer advising on corporate structuring, acquisitions and contractual frameworks. He leads legal due diligence, documentation and governance across the platform's transactions.

Stefano Sicuro

Director — Investor Relations & Reporting

Life and pension adviser at Zurich Insurance since 2009, and director of Sicuro Motors. He oversees investor relations and reporting.
